One of the final requirements for my Master of Mass Communication degree from Louisiana State University's Manship School of Mass Communication is the completion and successful defense of a professional project. As outlined by LSU's website, "The professional project is designed as an alternative to the thesis for those master's degree students who have consciously structured their programs to develop their skills in preparation for careers in mass communication disciplines."

My professional project client is The Party Papillon. The Party Papillon is an online accessory retailer specializing in affordable event-themed jewelry and accessories. During the fall 2022 semester, I completed background research and preliminary brainstorming for my campaign proposal. Following approval from the client and my committee members, I have begun consumer research to find better ways to implement my ideas in the final campaign.
